1. What Data We Collect
When you use Omni API, we may collect the following data:
- Account info: email, login time (managed by Clerk)
- API usage data: queries submitted, response content, job status
- Usage records: credit consumption, plan level, billing status
- Technical data: IP address, browser type (for security)
2. How We Handle API Queries & Responses
- API request content is used solely to execute your query and is never shared or sold
- Query results are stored under your account and accessible at any time
- Usage records are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- You can manually delete any query and its results from the History page
3. Do We Use Your Data to Train AI Models?
No. Your API request content and query results are never used to train any AI model.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Clerk: Account authentication and login (accesses your email)
- Supabase: Database storage (jobs, credits, billing records)
- Paddle: Payment processing (we do not store card numbers on our servers)
5. Your Data Rights
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in account settings
- For help deleting data, contact us at support@omniquasar.com
6. Data Deletion Process
- Manually delete any query and its results from the History page
- Job records not manually deleted are automatically cleared after 90 days
- To delete your entire account and all data, email support@omniquasar.com — usually processed within 5 business days
7. Operator & Governing Law
Omni API is operated by an individual in Taiwan and is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Privacy disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Taiwan courts.
